1. To improve the quality of our content - this may include tools like spelling and grammar checkers
2. To extend the reporting of our journalists - for example by helping them monitor a wide range of sources or collect background material
3. To make our website world better - by linking our articles together and suggesting stories that might be relevant to different readers

Global South World is committed to its mission of delivering reliable, trustworthy information to audiences across the world. Where new technologies can help us do that more effectively, we will use them. Where they risk undermining our work, we will not only avoid them but actively call them out.
