Church demands swift justice after priest's murder in southern Mexico: Video
The Catholic Church is calling for decisive action following the tragic murder of Father Marcelo Pérez, a well-known priest and activist, in the southern Mexican state of Chiapas.
Father Pérez, who was deeply involved in advocating for the rights of Indigenous communities and farm labourers, was shot dead on October 20, 2024, after leaving a Sunday service.
