How AI tools are revolutionalising the global workspace

Over the past year, AI tools have become an integral part of daily workflows, reshaping how professionals approach productivity and efficiency.
A recent survey of 70+ companies conducted by GoodFirms highlights the widespread adoption of AI and its growing influence on workplace dynamics.
Nearly half of employees (46.2%) interact with AI tools multiple times a week, with mid-senior professionals with 6–15 years of experience driving the adoption.
In fields such as marketing, content creation, software development, and customer support, more than 50% of surveyed employees report notable productivity gains due to AI.
38.5% of respondents however use AI tools every day.
While AI enhances efficiency, two-thirds of employees remain wary of AI providers managing company data. However, 81% feel comfortable with their managers being aware of their AI usage.
Regarding the ability to produce quality work with AI, 100% of respondents agreed that the tools have improved their work.
Concerns about AI-driven job displacement are low, with nearly 70% of respondents confident that AI won’t replace them with someone more proficient in AI tools.
