Lebanon's finance minister says World Bank working on $1 billion reconstruction fund

Lebanon's Finance Minister Yassine Jaber told Reuters on Friday that the World Bank is working to create a $1 billion fund for reconstruction efforts in the country.

"The World Bank is putting in the seed money of $250 million and donors fill in the rest, $750 million," Jaber told Reuters.
