Magnitude 5.5 earthquake strikes off coast of Antofagasta in Chile, EMSC says
An earthquake measuring 5.5 magnitude struck off the coast of Antofagasta in Chile on Tuesday, the European Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC) said.
The quake was at a depth of 51 kilometres (31.69 miles), EMSC said. EMSC earlier pegged the earthquake at 6.1 magnitude.
