New president reinstates Eslami as head of Iran's Atomic Energy Organisation, state media says
Iran's newly elected president has reinstated Mohammad Eslami as head of the country's Atomic Energy Organisation, state media reported on Saturday.
"Due to your valuable managerial experiences, I appoint you vice president and head of the Atomic Energy Organisation," President Masoud Pezeshkian said in his appointment announcement carried by state media.
