USA takes the top spot in global gym membership rankings

In a nation where health and wellness have become a top priority, it's no surprise that the United States has claimed the number one spot on the world's gym membership list.

With a culture that celebrates fitness and self-care, Americans are flocking to gyms in record numbers, driving the country to the top of the global rankings.
