Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro calls opposition politician Maria Corina Machado "toxic" at a Christmas lunch event organised by the ruling party (PSUV). Maduro hits out at Machado after she called a rally urging the release of prisoners detained in protests against the president's disputed reelection. Fearing arrest, Machado has been in hiding since the election.
