An Argentine court has ordered the seizure of 20 properties owned by former President Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner and her family as part of her fraud conviction in a public works scheme, local media reported on Tuesday.

Fernandez, a polarizing leftist who served two presidential terms from 2007 to 2015, as well as stints as vice president, senator and first lady, has been under house arrest since June following the conviction. Earlier this month, she went back on trial on charges of bribery in a separate case.
