Mohamed Sheikh Abdullahi Ciiro, was invited to speak about his recent blocked travel to Baioda by the National Intelligence and Security Agency (NISA) but was met with resistance before he could even take the floor.
Some legislators seized the stage as the MP approached the microphone to make his point, triggering disorder in the house.
The scene quickly turned chaotic, MPs pointed fingers at each other amidst loud disagreements.
