China accuses US of 'exploiting cybersecurity issues' over reward for hacker: Video

Beijing has accused Washington of "exploiting cybersecurity issues to smear and discredit China" following a $10 million U.S. reward for information on a Chinese national and co-conspirators accused of hacking. China's foreign ministry also condemned new U.S. trade restrictions on two Chinese firms, calling them an "open and blatant suppression of Chinese high-tech companies under the pretense of human rights."
