Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune offered condolences and wished the injured a swift recovery. He called the incident a “painful tragedy” and extended his thoughts to the bereaved family. “It is with great sadness and sorrow that we received the news of our supporter who passed away after falling from the upper stands.”, MC Alger issued a statement in an Instagram post mourning the death of one supporter, Younes Amguzzi.
