Jeju Air black boxes stopped recording minutes before crash: Video

The black boxes from the Jeju Air Flight 7C2216 stopped recording about four minutes before the crash, according to a statement by the transport ministry on Saturday, January 11. 

The tragedy—South Korea’s deadliest aviation disaster—occurred on December 29, claiming 179 lives and leaving only two survivors, both crew members seated in the tail section.
