Pro-Palestine activists in Mexico are insistent on the removal of the Gaza blockade and a total halt of the war following the ceasefire. Activists like Ana Rosa Moreno while protesting on the streets of Mexico, expressed scepticism about the ceasefire, stating, "There is no optimism because the ceasefire does not mean that the blockade of Gaza will end." She is among those rallying in Mexico City's Independence Square, demanding a "Free Palestine" following the announcement of a ceasefire and hostage release agreement between Israel and Hamas by Qatar and the United States. "We must remain vigilant, continue applying pressure, and never let our guard down," the 35-year-old activist insists.
