Malaysia's Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim calls on ASEAN nations to strengthen trade amongst themselves as Southeast Asian finance ministers meet to discuss a response to Trump's sweeping tariffs.

"While the barrage of tariffs is sweeping across the world in fast and furious fashion, we are witnessing the fraying of the global order," Anwar tells a gathering of ASEAN finance ministers and central bank governors in Kuala Lumpur.
