Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has fired back at Donald Trump, accusing the former US president of "living in a disinformation space". This comes after Trump falsely claimed that Ukraine started the war with Russia, echoing a narrative long pushed by the Kremlin.

Zelensky's comments were in response to Trump's remarks on Tuesday, February 18, where he questioned Ukraine's involvement in the war and even suggested that Zelensky's approval rating was at 4%. However, Zelensky pointed out that this claim originated from Russia and cited a recent poll showing his approval rate at 57%.
